Thank you for purchasing from MeasureMeter. We stand behind the products we sell and want you to be confident in every order. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 10 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Delivery is confirmed by carrier tracking (UPS or FedEx).
- The item is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and any included materials.
- The item has not been opened, installed, calibrated, or used in the field.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
No returns will be accepted after 10 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date. No exceptions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or modified after delivery
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Calibration services or any service-based orders
- Custom-configured or special-order items
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance at time of purchase
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee applied to the original purchase price of the returned item(s). This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and inventory processing.
Example: A $1,000 item returned in original condition will result in an $800 refund (after the $200 restocking fee). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 10 days of delivery at [EMAIL — TBD] or [PHONE — TBD]. Include your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Do not ship items back without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at their expense.
- Ship the item securely using a trackable carrier to the address provided with your RMA. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
- The 20% restocking fee and any original shipping charges are deducted from the refund amount.
- If the item is received in a condition other than as described, MeasureMeter reserves the right to reduce or deny the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
MeasureMeter ships all orders FOB Origin (Freight on Board — point of origin). Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer at the time of shipment. Once the carrier takes possession of the order, responsibility for loss or damage in transit lies with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Document the damage immediately with photos of the packaging and item.
- File a claim directly with the carrier (UPS or FedEx) using your tracking number.

We strongly recommend selecting carrier shipping insurance at checkout to protect against loss or damage in transit.
